ok, so i need some thin material i can form.how easy is plexiglass to heat up and form into a shape?? how bout thin sheetmetal??

Plexi can be done to some extent,You just have to be real carefull with the heat or it will bubble and look like shit. Sheetmetal wont mold without a press and dies. It really depends how complex of a part you are trying to mold and what you are molding it too.

^those dali racing turn signal intake ductsyou think lexan could be molded that much with a heat gun?? i dont need it to be perfect. it will only be use for track events. so it can bubble, but i just need it to bend enough. you can make that with fiberglass, plexiglass or sheet metaltry lexan instead of plexiglassim in raleigh, get up with me tomorrow

I would, but i dont have spares.i could spend $25 or so on a set.but thats if i cant get these materials cheaper.
