I feel so sorry for Lions fans. Dear God, if the Ford Family run Ford Motor Company like William Clay Ford runs the Detroit Lions, no wonder they're near bankrupt.

Oh well, maybe it'll all go right next year. They have the #2 pick in the draft. Hey, they can pick Calvin Johnson!

"The way we look at it is, if we can't really compete -- and, let's face it, we can't -- we might as well try for high draft picks every year, because, hey, the NFL Draft can be pretty darn exciting." During Millen's fantastic tenure, the Lions have twice picked second, once picked third and have had three other top-10 picks. Detroit will pick second in the 2007 draft.
