I don't think it's as good as the one in Cameron, yes they may use the exact same ingredients, same tables. But, the food just doesn't taste as good.

I'll say the sweet tea definitely doesn't, right now

you don't mean that perhaps the people that prepare the food do it slightly different because someone was in a bad mood or that the mixture for the sweat tea might be off at the time you went there

someone call the health inspector

I went there last week and I'll never go again because I was the only fucking person in there and it took 15 min between the time I left the register and the time my food came out. Plus, it was to go and I get it back to the office and it only has ham and cheese on what was supposed to be a Village Classic. So I take it back, no apology from anyone, and it takes them another fucking 15 min to remake it with no other customers around. Not to mention the sandwich was ok at best, and overpriced.

The one that they put in Wake Forest is the same (long wait times, no one there, crappy food).... doesn't even remotely compare to C. Village... But I'd say the chili at the one in Morrisville is the best of them all. (Used to get it at my old job for lunch all the time) -sigh- And honestly, compared to Subway, Quiznos, & Jersey Mikes-- it really isn't that overpriced. I like their less "pre-fab" feel much better, also. And sitting outside in CV on a nice day is quite relaxing.

A few things.

The cary one isn't owned by the same person who owns those other three. Same name, yes. Same menu, yes. Same owner, no. that could explain a few of the subtle differences that turn it from the good deli you know and love to the shitty one you experienced.

The CV one is awesome, and isn't over priced at all. I can get a 8" BBQ chicken philly drinks and chips for under six bucks. Jersey mikes would cost well more than that.
