Logged on this morning to claim my ticket to the UNC-G game, but after I claimed it, the ticket doesn't show up on "my ticket". Anybody got this before? When I clicked on "cancel ticket", it does show that I have a ticket.

the same thing happened to me and i even paid for a guest ticket. they'll probably fix the problem the day after the game and then wonder why no students showed up for the game.

just tried and have the same problem. On the request page it says that the system is in the claim 1 phase until the 28th. But it says that it is giving me a ticket just like if it were in on-demand so many it is kind of stuck in between and will clear up after the 28th when on-demand would automatically begin.

one of my friends tried to print her ticket to the ECU game, and its showing up in My Tickets, but there is no button to click to print the ticket, no link to the actual ticket. I logged in with her username and password on my computer and its still not coming up...

Yeah...I already printed my ecu ticket and a guest ticket I bought...but neither one are showing up in my account anymore. I better be able to get in. I'm so pissed!

It doesn't seem like anyone is in the office though. Hopefully they are at least aware of the problem.... Who knows! i was so excited to have a seat in 104 too

On Sat I claimed my ECU tickets and requested my tickets for UNCW and they were in my account. But when I was looking on Sunday the system looked like I didn't do anything. I would have been pissed if I hadn't looked on Sunday so that I could re-claim and re-request my tickets.

Just tried the RBC box office. They refused to answer any questions related to NC State tickets, and told me to try back after 5pm; when NC State people would be arriving to field those questions. Doesn't sound very promising

Ok, I talked to Nancy again and got two guys numbers for you to call:Eric @ 865-1503Ian @ 865-1429She said that these two guys would be the ones to help us, with Eric probably being the most knowledagble about what the deal is. She said both of them were there earlier and that they may have gone to lunch. She advised me to call them in the afternoon (I guess 1ish).
