justin timberlake is actually really funny [no homo] and most of the skits were very funny.
12/17/2006 3:11:14 PM
that was probably the third episode i've seen since 2001i was really suprised that justin timberlake was that funnysomeone needs to post a link to download "dick in a box"
12/17/2006 3:24:07 PM
that, the beegees skit, and cup o' soup were hilarious
12/17/2006 3:29:57 PM
^ If you like those, then go back to the last time he hosted. There's another Barry Gibb and an Omelet sketch that are the same.
12/17/2006 3:34:29 PM
BUST IT ON DOWN TO OMLETTEEEVIILLEEEEEE AWWWWWi watched the episode this morning on dvri thought it was all rock solid except the nancy grace thing
12/17/2006 3:42:03 PM
I think the Nancy Grace was a last ten but Justin wanted to perform last so they switched them. Meh.
12/17/2006 3:58:07 PM
NBC took down the unedited version
12/19/2006 12:21:49 AM
Honestly, I think it's funnier with the bleeping.
12/19/2006 2:04:58 AM
I only caught the last 30 minutes of the show, but even that stuff was pretty funny.
12/19/2006 3:57:33 AM
I'm really glad my roommate has a mancrush on Timberlake and DVRed this.
12/19/2006 1:43:55 PM
This was the best episode of the year so far in my opinion. I loved the recurring skits. (Omletteville, Barry Gibb talk show, new black stepmom, etc.) I even laughed at the Target skit, which usually sucks, but JT did a great job with his character.Oh, yeah, how come Timbaland couldn't show up??? I mean all he does now is hook up with Timberlake on his songs, I thought he was attached to him at the ass or something.
12/19/2006 3:46:58 PM
it's the chronic WHAT? cles of narnia
12/22/2006 12:54:13 AM
The myspace skit was hilarious (ironically, hosted on someone's myspace page)http://vids.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=vids.individual&videoid=737838151
12/26/2006 1:43:34 PM
Bump for those who missed it last time. Tonight is a rerun of this episode, which was the best I've seen in a while.
2/17/2007 11:26:56 PM
I foolishly thought this was the Dwigt K. Shrute episode.
2/17/2007 11:45:42 PM
SNL has gotten so bad. Everytime I turn t on I think it has to be better than the last time I watched it, and its worse. EVERY TIME. Its unbelievable. I don't now how the show is still on the air. So bad.
2/19/2007 10:55:01 AM
SLOTHS!!!!Love this vid.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7LAZgcC3jgo

The Office parody was hilarious - Jim and Pam were spot-ondigital short was good too, and obviously Arcade Fire rocked ass
2/25/2007 5:02:12 PM

2/25/2007 5:59:58 PM
^^ i thought Karen was pretty good too, eh?
2/25/2007 6:52:09 PM
wtf was with Chris Rock's little monologue as the intro last night. Have they run out of ideas so badly that they just bring on stand up comics now to do their bits? Or vice versa, is Chris Rock in need of work so bad that he is begging for 3 minute segments on SNL?btw - i like the newish girl (new from the beginning of the season, i think). She's one of the better female sketch actors on the show in a while. also, Julia Louis-Dreyfus looks really good. she's 46 now. she was 29 when Seinfeld started - she looked a lot older than 29 then, and a lot younger than 46 now
3/18/2007 8:45:08 PM
In the early days, standup segments were a fairly significant part of the show. Andy Kaufman and Steve Martin hit particularly big with their SNL bits. I wouldn't mind seeing a little shift in the show back to the idea of a showcase of American comedy, if only for the sake of freshness.
3/19/2007 1:07:12 AM
i would have no problem if they canned the last sketch of every show and put in some solid stand up
3/19/2007 1:08:30 AM
^^ well chris rock's routine was anything but fresh. They were the same jokes we've been hearing from all the late night shows for months now. "i don't see why america wouldn't be ready to have a woman president. i mean, we've had a retard president for the last 6 years" - yeah chris, how edgy of you
3/19/2007 5:17:46 AM
3/19/2007 6:54:14 AM
^ yeah, that one. i hate the Target sketch too. I don't know why they seemed to have turned it into a reoccurring character. And actually, i don't really like the "Aunt Linda" character she does on Weekend Update either - you get tired of that after about 30 seconds. i do like the "Two A-Holes go to ____" bit they've done a couple times. and, as I said, i'm comparing her to other females on the show. It might be unpopular to say, but i don't really like Mya Rudolph. Well - not that I dislike her, but i just don't think she's very good. Her impressions suck and she only has one voice that she uses for all her impressions. And they use her for all the black female impressions - she's barely black! they might as well use Amy Poehler! Tracy Morgan on 30 Rock did a better Oprah impression than Mya Rodolph.

I have RPS
3/19/2007 8:29:42 AM
the italian interview was hilarious... is there a link to that anywhere?
3/19/2007 10:22:38 AM
hmm. first Eli was on for no reasonand now Peyton is playing "Ted Trindle" from the "Raleigh News and Observer". that's kinda weird....
3/24/2007 10:50:46 PM
^ ficticious sports writer, right?Who is Eli?
3/24/2007 10:54:59 PM
^ Eli is Peyton's younger brother and QB for the Giants. Archie his dad was there too, former QB for the Saints and hi mom was too. They did a joke about her not making it on the Dolphins.Isn't there another brother that got injured before being able to play at the college level?[Edited on March 24, 2007 at 10:58 PM. Reason : .]
3/24/2007 10:57:58 PM
yeah, they showed his name later in the sketch "ted trimble", which doesn't return any results. just kinda weird they picked the N&O.
3/24/2007 11:01:31 PM
Cooper wasn't "injured" exactly, he was just diagnosed with a condition that made him unable to play football.
3/24/2007 11:01:36 PM
now that's someting you'd never see his brother do....
3/24/2007 11:12:21 PM
hawt
3/24/2007 11:15:48 PM
wow
3/24/2007 11:16:07 PM
indeed. jesus....
3/24/2007 11:18:32 PM
wtf is with the map of the US at the weekend update desk. Some of the states are well drawn like FL and CA and most of the western states, but then the mid-atlantic states are all cartoony.....
3/24/2007 11:24:29 PM
^ I noticed that too
3/24/2007 11:41:45 PM
