I've tried googling, the software I've come up with either A. is shareware that puts watermarks on it unless you pay $70 or B. is really really shitty freeware that doesn't work.

Basically I just want to select point a and point b and rip from between them to uncompressed NTSC avi format. Anyone?

i think i remember using dvd decrypter and then some program named VSO(its on download.com)
