shuttle AV49V/N motherboard - supports p4 and celeron processors

it IS missing two things - the mounting bracket and the processor locking pin/arm...i removed these for use on a different board...you can use the same bracket and pin from another 478 board...i think i also have a heatsink and fan i'll throw in with the board itself

make me an offer...it does me no good, so i'm not too picky
