does anyone know the
1) steps of the problem-solving method presented in class &
2) the communication principles

I know i can probably find the communication principles either in the book or online, but the specific problem-solving method presented in class i can not. Please help if you know either of these...specifically the steps of the problem-solving method. Thanks

dude this is an easy freshman class....you don't even really need notes. maybe you should think about transfering to Wake Tech or working at McDonald's so you don't strain your brain
