Randy, Earl, Howard, Hcnguyen. Seriously, what policies did they break? From what i've read, randy and earl never did anything wrong. Im not to sure about howard (I highly doubt he broke any rules) and Hcnguyen was just an idiot. But you can't suspend people for being idiots. C'mon mods, let's be fair here.
