I need a sling bag made. I have a certain design that I want made though, but I have the details worked out.

I said I want to HIRE someone, so, there will be a payment. The person who is intersted will have to talk to me more in detail to figure out what they are going to charge me. I can't just say I am going to pay 'x' amount of money for this.

So please pass on the word.
