well then maybe like you should live there
11/19/2006 1:01:36 PM
cool, i like it when people bump my topics like 10 minutes after i got on tww for the day
11/19/2006 1:10:14 PM
I cant find that many benefits of living in a shopping center
11/19/2006 1:13:02 PM
^i could wake up and walk to class in 15 minutes
11/19/2006 1:28:15 PM
its disgusting and nasty. if you can only afford 400 a month, get a roomate man.
11/19/2006 1:38:29 PM
^out of these three: kensington, westgrove towers, and mission valley, where would u livei really want a one bedroom or studiosaw an old sober post where he said pine knoll, but they recently renovated and are like 500 a monthidk, i thought about making a "i need a roomate" thread in classifieds, but i figured some lame tww alias would try and fuck it up, or just the simple fact that i'd be living with some random doesnt sound too appealingidk what i'm gonna do
11/19/2006 1:55:35 PM
out of those 3, KP is the only one i'd even consider.
11/19/2006 2:05:31 PM
yeah thats what i've been telling myself for like 2 months now but thats gonna be like 477+40 in electric which is like 520 a month, then if i want just basic cable, thats another 40, so thats 560 a month
11/19/2006 2:31:38 PM
hell, my utilities are easily half that. hahaha you got a big surprise coming if you ever plan on getting out there on your own

ivy commons has 1br for 450/month and i enjoy it. (and it's pretty close to where you're talking about already)
11/19/2006 3:42:15 PM
ivy commons
11/19/2006 3:49:19 PM
I have a 2 bedroom place there, but last I heard Ivy commons has a mad wait list.
11/19/2006 11:33:59 PM
holy fucking shitdon't get cable"don't buy things you cannot afford"
11/19/2006 11:34:57 PM
well honestly i was just posting that to make it like i have a ton of costs or somethingi know someone that works at twc that can hook me up with cable for like 20 bucks a year
11/20/2006 1:14:38 AM

11/20/2006 1:38:54 AM

When I lived in Mission Valley Gardens (the part of Mission Valley Apts actually in the shopping center) it was brand new and very nice.THat was like 4 -4.5 years ago or something like that.. they were fairly nice at the time, but I don't know if they've been ghetto-fied yet.Kensington had a decent showroom, but then they tried to stick you in this dumpy old section of the apartments that were basically crap. Westgrove just looks sketch... I've never gotten close though except the park and ride lot.
11/20/2006 6:42:15 PM
yeah westgrove is where my mom thinks i should stay cause shes like if u get a one bedroom, why not live in a studio...she thinks a regular apartment is more space than i need(basically comes down to money)mission valley seems cheap and everything, but part of me would hate not being able to park outside my apartment and just walk in like most placesi'd say right now i'm down to kensington and mission valley- probably 70 percent leaning toward kensington, and 30 percent mission valleyhonestly i'd probably live at ivy commons if they didnt have that god awful waiting list, and it came with more shit(kensington and mission valley come with like free internet or other things, while ivy commons just comes with a better neighborhood)
11/20/2006 6:54:45 PM
give me 400 a month and you can have my spare room.
11/20/2006 6:55:47 PM
pm me where u live and stuffand if u wouldnt mind, can u give specifics in the pm(just talking about like would i have to sign a lease, is 400 flat rate, etc.)
11/20/2006 6:59:46 PM
you can park right outside your apartment at mission valley gardens
11/20/2006 8:42:45 PM
it's the cheapest studio apt for a reason
11/20/2006 11:09:48 PM
Ivy Commons FTW...I live here too in a one bedroom....excellent.
