I'm n00b using it on windows ( till i get a 2nd pc cause i got sick of the dual boot setup )
anyway... how do you install plugins for it in windows?

Start Menu -> Control Panel -> Accessibility Options


You should be able to simply drop them into the plug-in directory: Program Files\GIMP-2.0\lib\gimp\2.0\plug-ins

yeah i'm getting pretty good with it...

its a little more difficult to learn than PS but much better.
