My Japanese is pretty much around basic level. It's actually pretty easy to get a job teaching english here and yes, they have to import native english speakers to teach them English.

I know one American girl who went to Korea to teach English. She didn't even know Korean. From what she tells me, a lot of Asian schools and families will hire people just to speak English to them so they can practice.Same person was in Honduras for a few months doing the same thing. No Spanish required.

What does it take to obtain a right to work outside the US?I'm really considering working abroad instead of going to grad school. Heck, I might even consider grad school abroad.
