I can see a scenario where VT can sneak in but only if they stay COMPLETELY healthy. I don't see FSU though, despite their nice recruiting class.

Hasn't FSU had "nice" recruiting classes for the last 6 years?
11/14/2006 3:15:52 PM
BC better play better than they did last night, or they might not even see the tourney this year. Fucking Vermont?! And this isn't the same Vermont team that had that pretty good player and Coach Tom Brennan which upset Syracuse in the 2005 NCAA Tourney.

waaaaaaay to early
11/14/2006 4:27:12 PM
It's not too early for us, and by the way you put too many a's in "way" and not enough o's in "too"We're going to need the ACC to perform really well in out of conference games this year.If we can win our "easy" games and get a few quality victories of our own maybe we can sneak in the tournament with 7-8 conference wins.[Edited on November 14, 2006 at 4:33 PM. looking at the 8/9 seeds and much lower this tourney is going to be wild. there are so many good teams out there that seeding doesnt really mean much at all.
1/4/2007 3:27:49 AM
what about clemson????
1/4/2007 9:33:44 AM
Clemson will be in probably.

UNCDUKEVIRGINIAVA TECHCLEMSONMARYLANDWe'll need 8 conference wins to get in......7 if we beat UNC or Duke.
1/4/2007 9:53:43 AM
im just trying to get 5 conference wins so we can be 15-15 and make the NIT
1/4/2007 10:41:00 AM
shit if we have an overall winning record this year i will be satisfied.... now in 3-4 years we better damn well be back in the dance....
1/4/2007 10:42:26 AM
1/4/2007 10:52:54 AM
we should make the tournament next year
1/4/2007 11:06:57 AM
going .500 in the conference isn't THAT far fetched, and if we do that, we'd most likely be in.but i could see us going 7-9 in the ACC and getting snubbed like FSU did last year.
1/4/2007 11:08:40 AM
^are you living in some dreamland?

1/4/2007 11:22:57 AM
http://sports.espn.go.com/ncb/bracketologyaccording to lunardi 9 ACC teams in the tourney at this point. Unfortunately we aren't one of them.

va tech has their spot wrapped upthey just completed the sweep of unc
2/13/2007 11:12:21 PM
Duke, UNC, Vtech, BC, UVA and one morethats the way I see it, who that other is...i dunno
2/13/2007 11:14:53 PM
If nine acc teams make it, they will all have a decent chance of making a good run. The ACC is deep this year.
2/13/2007 11:22:09 PM
NCSU gets the automatic bid
2/13/2007 11:22:25 PM
I could see 7 from the SECFlorida, Kentucky, Tennessee, Bama, Vandy, and Ole Miss are locks, with Arkansas being possible
