The difference b/t Philip and Manning is that P-Riv is a born winner and Manning is a born whiner.

Phil didn't have a great game but the tying drive he made 2 great conversions when it looked like they were in real trouble. Didn't panic, waited for his time, and made the throw. The Giants needed Eli to and he paniced, looked lost, and terribly underthew his receiver.
