you do realize that just because you have a preorder from ebgames doesn't mean you'll actually get it friday right? I'm betting the majority of EBgames preorders don't get filled till late december. same as with the 360's

so many haters, its not like you lose your deposit, if they dont get one in for you then you just either:

A) wait til they get one in the next couple of weeks (its not like they made 400,000 and then aren't EVER going to ship anymore).
B) just get a refund of your $100 deposit

except when you post an ad trying to sell your pre-ordered ps3 saying the buyer will have it on friday when their is a very good chance he won't get his ps3 for over a month (each EB only getting 8-16 ps3s)

uh...they only pre-sold ps3s to a small number of people with the expectation that each person should get one on the 17th(around 8-16 per store) to avoid what happened with 360. For the xbox 360s they took an unlimited number of preorders not knowing there would be a shortage. So this is completely unlike the 360 presale.

Also ebgames is revoking any of the ps3s presold on ebay....so you can just wait till friday after you pick it up then put it on ebay...its not like youre going to make any less money

Holy Hell,

Ok, to clear some things up.

A) I am number 3 out of 16 in line. If they somehow get less than 3, then... alot of people are fucked all over North America.
B) Each BB is getting atleast 26: 20 premium, 6 standard.
C) The 360 fiasco was completely different, EBGames waited until Sony told them how many they were getting.
D) Please leave your opinions out of this thread.
