Hey everyone, I need a room in a nice place starting January or December. I'm looking to only live with one or two other people and preferably female. I'm in Texas for the time being so I cant do much. Looking for 600 or less rent and you gotta let me take my dog(3 yr old mix). Hes calm and trained. Anyone have a house or townhouse up for rent. I have a room for $295 a month plus 1/4 utilities. About $350 a month total. There are three roommates males, and pets are allowed. It is on the edge of the Cary/ Raleigh line.

I have 1br/1ba in 4br/4ba at University Woods. Pets allowed. (fee already paid) Raleigh, near NCSU. Its a 4 bedroom apartment with 3 other roommates. Not exactly what you mentioned but I figured it was worth mentioning if you're still looking. Will be available mid December. Lease run until July 31, 2007. Rent is $295/month + 1/4 utilities (~$50) Nice apartment, decorated cute.

heres the deal... and thanks guys actually...I'm in South Texas right now just moved here and now moving back so I dont have the ability to look at places or meet roommates. I lived at Lake Park which ended up being hell and only cause of the roommates..being over 21, I almost got busted like 3 times for parties and alcohol to minors even tho I wasnt home. SOOO...one or two roommates and preferably little quieter (I once lived on Brent road..heh). Problem I'm running into is I got a 65 lb german Shepherd...SO if anyone can help that'd be cool.

Ncsugirl...thanks for trying just prefer not to live in Student housing anymore.
