Not on msdn here either.
11/9/2006 9:08:32 AM
I'm going to wait for the service packs before upgrading.
11/9/2006 9:17:26 AM
I'm going to wait a year minimum. If you don't remember the XP fiasco... trust me. Don't upgrade for a year. I pitty the fools who adopt early.

I've been using RC and I am pretty happy with it.
11/9/2006 10:21:41 AM
XP was a pretty easy early adaptation for me. I used it throughout the later beta's and right into the RC's and on and never had any horrible problems. Now Windows ME is another story.
11/9/2006 10:24:04 AM
Yea XP was fine from RC2 onward.I've been running vista since Alpha Longhorn builds and have had very few problems to speak of. I'll definitely check it out when our box-o-copies comes in.

11/12/2006 6:50:47 PM
on an unrelated note, I tried Solaris 10 the other day and was not impressed
11/12/2006 11:40:17 PM
sucks, need better drivers from the Manufacturers

I've been checking every so often and it looks like Vista is up for those that have MSDN subscriptions.
11/27/2006 2:40:32 PM
It gets released to MSDNAA on December 1. There will likely be additional delay getting it on E-Academy because they rarely have the system ready for new software until way after it is released.
11/27/2006 2:44:02 PM
call and make them add it.all they do it select it from a list and click ok.
11/27/2006 3:40:53 PM
downloading it now from MSDN
11/27/2006 3:55:43 PM
MSDN through NCSU is a completely separate thing than logging in to the one on microsoft.com correct?
11/29/2006 9:20:13 AM
yes
11/29/2006 9:53:02 AM
my company pays for my MSDN subscription, which is not the same as the NCSU/Microsoft thing
