tough one, most of the cool fantasy games I know of are PS2 games. If you can find any Dragonquest or even old school Final Fantasy (like VII, I think they may have released it for PSP) games, go for them.I've been told (but don't know for sure) that there is a Syphon Filter and Metal Gear game for PSP, and those are pretty fun too.[Edited on November 8, 2006 at 1:59 AM. Reason : One of my friends said to recommend Mega Man.]

the metal gear game has a weird card/turn based game engine i think, so it's very different from other metal gear games.I don't know if he likes those types of games, but at least look into it a little bit more because it isn't a traditional metal gear gameoh.. and take a look at untold legends for psp too.. it's a pretty basic dungeon crawler[Edited on November 8, 2006 at 10:40 AM. How old is he? And you said fantasy, that makes me think rpg, not Metal Gear and Halo. I would suggest Valkyrie Profile and Morrowind for PSP.

he's 14. he liked halo. he's just not a fan of sports games. he plays them, but he's just not the madden/ncaa type. i guess i don't know the difference in fantasy or role playing.

Half-Life 2 would be good choice for Xbox

how about you buy him his first playboy issue so he can get rid of this gaming habit and start noticing the finer things in life

Alien Hominid is a very fun game. It comes reccomended. You can't go wrong with the Castlevania series, either.
