A leads group...is actually a very smart idea.

What you do is each find leads, say you sell furniture and you know someone is moving out of their office, you'd let everyone know of this lead. Then they can persue the new business. They work a lot in other states. I am in one in SC. Get a lot of leads and good business.

Which judging by the facts that this is being posted here, she can't spell Architect properly or space the words properly, this probably isnt.

Also, I see where/how you are targeting this, but it seems like a very restrictive and redundant lead group.

Pretty much every position you mentioned are reliant on the same lead, except possibly the Architect/Web Developer.

Isn't the point of a lead group to have representatives from completely different industries with mostly non-overlapping clientel? I could see this working well for swapping one's existing leads, but it seems like it would stagnate pretty quickly.

You might also want to add in Cabinetry/countertop/construction contractors and furniture designers or furniture contract sales to the list, keeping with the trend.

Well, since everyone needs the leads for different reasons it doesn't matter where the clientel comes from. I can only use Professionals that mesh with Real Estate, therefore of course this leads group is restricted.
