-i will offer 6 month leases if that's what you need
-aquarium animals and cats allowed (cats $50 non-refundable fee)
-top floor unit
-$250 security deposit
-$300/month includes water and electricity
-current renters have digital cable and roadrunner
-community pool
-basketball courts
-beach volleyball courts
-walk to lake johnson across the street
-walk to wolfline stop at food lion (about 10 min walk)
-no parking restrictions

i remodeled this unit in the summer of 06 and pictures of the upgrades are below. all bedrooms look like this, plus there are wood floors in the living room and tile in the kitchen.







the other unit - 1 bedroom (master suite) in 2 bed/2 bath trailwood heights condo

-$350/month includes everything - water, power, phone , digital cable, roadrunner
-$250 security deposit
-current renter in other bedroom - female senior at state
-top floor end unit
-community pool
-on CAT bus line
-no parking restrictions

sorry to not answer in awhile....i recently moved to florida where i am remodeling my house and i don't have internet just yet

Johny_W...the trailwood condo is approximately 12x14 in the main space....with an alcove and a closet in addition to that...the master bath has a garden tub and additional closet space. the lease would be whatever you need, but preferably a 6 month lease. there are no parking restrictions at trailwood heights.

for those of you commenting on how nice that lake park unit is, please tell your friends as i still have the 3 of 4 rooms coming available at the end of december. i put a lot of hard work into this unit last summer and it will be in excellent condition when somebody moves in. you will not find a nicer unit anywhere for a better price of $300/month which includes everything except cable, internet, and landline phone.
