i've got a room at university woods for sublease (located athe corner of trailwood and tryon rd). 4 bdr/4 bth set up with big living area and furnished kitchen. washer and dryer. digital cable. the room for sublease includes private bathroom and a walk-in closet. rent is $340/month and that includes utilities and highspeed internet. cable is $25/month and is already set up in the room. let me know if you ar interested. 704-798-4343

I have a room in University woods, $295 a month plus 1/4 utilities. I can have it available for you by Nov 17. There are three male roommates, bus stop available and close to campus.
