I am looking for a photoshop program to download for free. I recently learned how to photoshop and relaized its a much easier way to resize super-huge pictures. Any suggestions?

if you just want a way to resize photos, irfanview is pretty easy

If you're just looking to reisze pictures, you could have a look at ImageMagick's command line tools - that way you can batch process your pictures.

If you are looking for a full-fledged photoshop-like tools, use GIMP.

I just started using Picasa to put pics online, and there are some basic photo editing tools in Picasa, check it out http://picasa.google.com/

There is only one Photoshop program. It's called Photoshop.
