just a sinus infection - if you have to, like the guy said go to the doctor and get a Z-pac...personally, I usually take sudafed, gargle a lot with salt water (helps with the sore throat), use affrin every once and a while...it's nothing serious - but if you're a smoker just stop until it clears - that shit will last weeks if you keep smoking

You don't really need antibiotics if you don't want to take time out of your day to go to the doctor. Get something OTC with pseudoephedrine in it. It will take care of your mucous secretion. I get more than my fair share of sinus infections and that stuff dries me up every time. Get some advil or tylenol for the pressure in your head. You'll be back to normal in less than a week most likely.

^Hell yeah, some steam hits the spot. Hold your head over a boiling pot or take a nice long shower.

If the cold starts moving into your chest and you start coughing up a lot of mucous, more steam and some OTC Guafenesin (Mucinex) will do wonders.
