Might want to mention more details, like the fact you are developing with ASPX (C#, VB, Visual C)? the specific background qualifications you need (because looking at your services you need a software engineer more than a webmaster) and Location (Durham?), benefits (401k, Health?), what kind of company you are (LLC, Corp, LLP, LTD?)I'm sure this is a great opportunity, but with an advert like that you are going to get unqualified yahoos crawling out the woodwork trying to apply, which will waste a lot of HR time.
