I have to do 15 hours of community service for a nuisance party ordinance ticket I recieved. What type of community service would qualify for the 15 hours? Also what type of documentation would I need?

The hardest part is scheduling, bc so many charities are closed on Sundays and evenings. I recommend working at the food bank up off Wake Forest Rd, since you can get in hours on at least one or a few weekday evenings.

If you didn't then you need to call back and ask before your next court date. How long did they give you to perform it?? and yes you need documention and stuff.

I used to work at a retirement home and we got a lot of community service people. Trust me, you will be doing all of the shitty jobs that the normal employees don't like doing.

haha, we never made anyone do anything like that. it was a retirement home, not assisted living. i would stay way the hell away from assisted living. unless of course... giving old people sponge baths and changing diapers turns you on

No. Retirement homes are something like appartments with only old people. They have bingo every night and that sort of thing. Assisted living places have nurses that go around and care for the residents.

yeah, I had to walk around lake wheeler and pick up trash. It was easy as hell. Pretty much, just find a place in the woods, sit down, chill for a few hours, then, go to a full trash can, replace your empty bag with the full bag and take the full bag back to the office. Easy as can be. whatever you do, DO NOT work at a library!
