it's not my LCD...i've never heard of starlogic before, and that makes me wary, but this monitor is less than 6 months old and it looks like this:it hasn't been abused to my knowledge, and the black stuff keeps shifting...i would assume it's still under warranty, but i can't seem to find the company online...anyone have a link?thanks!

i don't have any experience with starlogic, but they might clame that as a feature... good luck the monitor is probablly toast

starlogic went bankrupt.

wonder why

it could also be the intel graphics you are running ... does that continue if you swap out the monitor?

nah, swapped it out for a dell and it's finefigures that it's toast and that starlogic went bankrupt...glad i wasn't the one who paid for it
