My G/F's dad just bought her a house near Kaplan she claims its not in the ghetto...

She needs a female roomate starting next semester. its 3br 2.5 bath and price can be discussed (utilities included or not etc). She's easy going, non-intrusive, and respects personal space.

anybody looking to get out of the dorms, transferring to state or comming back from abroad this is a great opportunity.

Ok right now its looking along the lines of $450 all inclusive...

its a 3br but her dad only wants her to have 1 roomate...

I know that price is worthless without pictures... but she doesn't get the keys till next week.

price may be negotiable as in lower rent but not all inclusive...

Ok I've actually been through the place and have more details:

$400 all inclusive (satelite, DSL, electric, water)... its pretty much beside Falcon Ridge. Its a really cool living space...

Its now available to be shown...

Up front she's looking for somebody who will help clean and keep the place tidy, respects privacy, and isn't looking to throw parties. Having a couple of friends over on the weekend or for a game or a study group is fine as long as a heads up is given.
