The room is very large about 15 x 20. It has a private entrance and a private 1/2 bath. Good place for a serious student to set up a work area. 3 other very cool male roommates. Rent is $450 a month and that includes all utilities. High speed internet included. The house is 3 miles from main campus and 2 miles from Centennial. Centennial is easy biking distance.

We are looking for someone who can stay a minimum of 6 months or from now until the end of spring semester. NCSU or Wake tech students welcome. Like I said we are cool people. Pay rent on time and be respectful.

There is no lease or deposit. First months rent moves you in.

We live 2 miles from this studio http://www.volume11studio.com and our boy owns it. This isnt a bad place to be for a wanna be pro. Our band recorded 2 CDs there.
