I can't afford a damn machine so could someone please tell me a better-tasting brand of instant coffee than Maxwell House? I bought a huge tin about a month ago and thanks to all-nighters it's about 80% gone but I'm not going near that brand ever again.

I'm thinking Sanka but I need some input on this one if I wanna be in a good mood while working on my shit at 2 in the morning.

try the Folgers Singles. Its like a tea bag, and you microwaved it in some water. You dunk it for however many seconds, and you have coffee. I personally think its the best out there if you don't have a machine.

Hmm...yeah the best thing to do would be to get a coffee maker. 10 bucks at Wal-Mart. You'll save money and get satisfaction over having to suffer through another can of instant powder.

BUT, since you can't do that right now and would rather smoke, I've agree on the singles (tea bags). I've never tried it myself, but I hear from friends that this is the best when it comes to instant coffee. More expensive though, and you're still better off with a cheap coffee maker.

Quit smoking and buy a coffee maker--or find an old percolator at a yard sale or something. Instant coffee sucks hard.

PS: If you run a little regular, unscented bleach through your coffee makers, the coffee will taste a lot better. Use about a teaspoon full of the bleach, fill the machine with water, and turn it on. Once it's done, run a couple of just plain water pots through the same way. It works.
