Um ... we need some more specifics on the video ... namely what format it was encoded in (give us the camera model and we can probably figure it out). Some formats you simply can't cut down the size on easily ... others are trivial.

you can always cut down on size easily... quality may be compromised, though.

There's also Windows Media Encoder 9 if you want to tweak the WMV/WMA settings a little more than you can in WMM.
