I need someone to take over my lease for me- $450 + 1/3 of utilities in a MASTER bedroom. You get your own bathroom (with skylight above the shower!), a walk in closet (it had a window!) and of course free range of the rest of the house. 2 Senior NCSU girls live here, they're really nice and like to go out. We're not allowed to have parties (we tried once) and we try to keep the house neat. The neighborhood is Trailwood Springs, right off Lineberry and Trailwood.
