anyone still buy used tapes?

they're a cheap alternative to buying used cd's and they're smaller.

i used tapes back in 2000 when my mom would record howard stern for me and i would listen to them while i ran.

ive been using a vcr for the past year since my homemade dvr broke however we just got twc dvr today so ill be putting the vcr away for now.

i used to wait around and listen to the radio for my favorite songs and then record them when i was 7 or 8.

Because as much as you may believe that it will last forever, it does not last forever. Your biggest fan right now, soon they're going to go to college, gonna wanna buy clothes, spend that money some other way, and you know what? They'll tape your record from a friend's copy.

used cds are really cheap nowadays. especially the mid 90s hits when you find em at pawn shops.
