that fight was stopped way too early
10/10/2006 9:19:05 PM
well, I guess it's time for Shamrock to get his ass kicked AGAIN.
10/10/2006 9:34:38 PM
I'm glad you didn't have to pay for this shitfest.
10/10/2006 9:45:45 PM

10/10/2006 9:47:19 PM

10/10/2006 9:47:35 PM
I'm glad to see them both show some respect.
10/10/2006 9:53:27 PM
that looked like it was staged
10/10/2006 9:56:17 PM

matt hamill has to learn how to pass gaurd and hell be awesome, but he definitely keeps busy as far as punching on top so hes not quite the old Rashad evansEd short fuse has alot of work to do, the way he fights lends him to being caught in that move everytime, hell probably get one more fight to turn it around and hes gone until he improves...all he has is raw guts and aggressionKendall Grove looks even more impressive and definitely pushed the pace of the fight, knew exactly what to do in every situation (even thought that rookie ref provided the most BS stoppage ever, but i mean chris price wasnt gonna go anywhere) awesome how Kendall blocked Prices punches on the bottom by moving his legs into the way that was freakishKen my man, I can tell he knew exactly what he wanted to do, but his aged body just can't work his gameplan anymore, staged or not (which i doubt it was, as Tito at first was trying to avoid Ken)that was an amazing show of respect by both fighters and bout brought a tear to my eye..really good that they patched things up and showed loveCant wait for Rich and Anderson to grind it out Saturday, and KenFlo to get crowned the second UFC lightweight champ
10/10/2006 10:48:58 PM
sad to see shamrock/ortiz end so quick, i was hoping for a much better match.good to see they respect each other n shit tho.i didnt know ortiz was banging jenna jameson...
10/11/2006 8:31:54 AM
what a let down.i mean, it's not surprising at all, and i thought it was stopped too early, but still
10/11/2006 9:03:46 AM
^i hope to Christ you are joking
10/11/2006 9:08:17 AM
about what? it being stopped early?i couldn't see it in full detail, was at a bar watching from across the room, i guess it could have been worse than it seemed from afar.i know you're not talking about it being a let downor the fact that plenty of people expected ortiz to dominate.
10/11/2006 9:30:13 AM
10/11/2006 9:36:34 AM
yea i mean the stoppageBig John let it go on for 5 punches too long, Ken was definitely out as he said inthe interview
10/11/2006 9:36:42 AM
no audio, didnt realize he was out. didnt watch the replays due to walking outside to smoke after it was stopped.nm then, proceed as desired. ahah

I am no MMA expert but I have been paying attention to the UFC for the last few years and Ed Herman last night didn't really look that bad to me. MacDonald just looked really really good. I would expect him to be fighting alot now after that performance. Kendall looked good once again. Tito completely overpowered Ken as expected. Matt Hamill looked like the n00b that he is. His takedowns were powerful, but he didn't seem to know what to do from there.
