Currently looking for someone to whom I can sublet my apartment to. Spacious 4 bedroom apartment located in university suites which is a fairly new apartment complex located off Trailwood road, which is just 2.5 miles to NC State campass. Bedroom includes a large walk-in closet and your own bathroom. Big living room upstairs great for lounging, which already includes a large couch and tv's. Large patio outside is great for grilling and hanging out with the roomates and neighbors. There is a subleasing fee, which I would be willing to negotiate paying for.
