Need a male or female roomate interested in living at Wolf Creek. It is a 4 bedroom apt on the bottom floor. 3 males currently occupy 75% or apt and need 4th roomate to cover the loss of other roomate. everything furnished, room includes desk, dresser, bathroom, closet, nightstand, upgraded cable, and internet. roomrate is around 430 a month and includes all utilites. must be clean and respectful of others stuff and also must party. we do and dont want to deal with someone who doesnt.
