Here's some additional info:

-I am willing to include my current furniture with the apartment.
-If you move in this month (October), you will not have to pay rent until November.
-The security deposit is the same as the rent.
-The lease is the same as the school year so it ends in May, 2007.
-You are allowed to have pets and there is no fee or deposits for pets.
-Smoke if you please.
-It has a private parking lot as well.

Yes it's a 2-bedroom at 113 1/2 Chamberlain St (brick, 2-story building) and my current roommate will still be living there in the other room as well. He's a student too and friendly. If you want to come check out the place, message me your number and we can set up a time. I don't think I have any pictures right now and my old roommate still has my camera so I can probably get pictures available pretty soon. Otherwise, you should just come look at it yourself. It's right behind El Rodeo and I Luv NY Pizza.
