1995 BMW M3-Cosmos black with black leather-5-speed-177k-luxury package with armrest, installed alarm, one touch windows and power seats-ALL service records-clean carfaxMods: just minor stuff-dinan chip-air intake-35% tintCompletely overhauled cooling system 3 weekends ago. Updated (new) valve retainers, valve springs, exhaust valves. No warning lights of any sort.New parts:-Behr radiator-Composite water pump-metal thermostat housing-upper and lower coolant hoses-radiator cap-coolant sensor-fan clutch-thermostat-new main belt-water pump pulley-front struts (monroe back in february)-intake boot-alternator cooling duct-valve retainers-valve springs-valve spring keepers-valve cover bolt bushings-exhaust valves-exhaust valve guides-cylinder head gasket-brand new spare-newer brakesHave receipts for all parts above inlcuding a $2691 retainer job. This car drives, brakes and handles like any properly maintained E36 M3 should. No autoX, no HPDE of any sort. This car is bulletproof. I would have no problem taking it on a cross-country trip. At 175k it put down healthy 227whp and 226wtq on mustang dyno 3x consecutively. Compression and leak down test down at 140k - no problems. Reason for sale: I couldn't pass on a good deal I got on a low mileage '96 with modena interior and I will be moving for a job up very soon. One toy has to go, hence, this car is for sale. The only problem with the car is A/C compressor. It needs a compressor clutch. It is 11-year old high mileage car, so don't expect a new car smell or perfect body or wheels.Price: $8950 FIRMHave plenty more pictures. PM if you want more.[Edited on September 28, 2006 at 9:24 PM. 9/28/2006 10:15:37 PM
what do you mean hows the interior? black vaders, man, thats how. its the shit. dove grey is nice an all, but hard to maintain. the black is the ticket.
9/28/2006 10:15:44 PM
thx peejay.interior is great. front seats are in great condition with nonexistent wear almost. rear seats near the windows leather pulled a bit due to weather, but nothing significant.
9/28/2006 10:19:58 PM
too bad vaders suck at holding you in place, would ditch mine in a heartbeat if I could afford some new ones.

That is a nice car.Obviously you took very good care of it.And a BMW will run a very long time. In fact,if you take care of it, it will run another 200k.No way in hell you are going to get nearly 9k for it though.I bought a 95 BMW this summer with about the same miles. It is in every bit as good of condition as yours and I have the M wheels too.And my AC does not have any issues.I gave less than 3K for it.Best of luck on your sale.
10/2/2006 9:46:55 PM
