this is the best i can do. i think it's about right.

El cario que te tengo - I decay (him) that I have you.
No te lo puedo negar - I cannot deny it to you.
Se me sale la babita - He leaves me the baby (I'm pretty sure that's what babita is...)
Yo no lo puedo evitar - I cannot avoid it.

I seriously think you meant...

El cario cariño que te tengo
The love I have for you

No te lo puedo negar
I cannot deny you

Or a better translation of these two lines together:
I can't deny the love I feel for you

Se me sale la babita
I'm drooling

Yo no lo puedo evitar
I cannot avoid/help it

Babelfish translation with the corrected word:

Quote :
"The affection that I have Not you to you I can deny leaves the babita to me I I cannot avoid it"

^Take it for what you will but the last two lines of the poem? (I say poem because it isn't written the way people would talk) says...

I can't help drolling/salivating

Cultural differences I suppose.

We reviewed those lyrics in my spanish class a few years ago...
(I thought they looked oddly familiar... do you have Prof Darhower?)
the translation they've given you (with the altered lyrics) is correct.
hah... it's a good song... i actually have it on my computer.
