I can see white people doing stuff like that.
9/25/2006 4:56:50 PM
this probably won't affect much...its not like black people vote or anything.

In NC, I believe it was 96-97% of blacks that voted Democrat in the last election?
9/25/2006 5:04:13 PM
hamy cousin already has an Allen '08 sticker on his car...

This could be one of those "McCain (or was it Dean?) has an illegitimate black daughter" things.Where is it that Rove is now...?[Edited on September 25, 2006 at 5:24 PM. Reason : ]

In regards to Allens Macaca comment, did Hillary Clinton receive as much press in 2004 when she said that Mahatma Gandhi "ran a gas station down in Saint Louis"?
10/10/2006 7:29:21 PM
once again, the classic republican response of "but but but the democrats"
10/10/2006 7:37:58 PM
1) i'm not a republican2) its an honest question, not a responsebut thanks for trying
10/10/2006 7:39:00 PM
10/10/2006 7:40:51 PM
no, its an honest question.i was reading about hillary clinton today and vaguely remember it happening, yet don't remember the coverage enough to compare it to the fallout over senator allens remark.do you want to make a serious response or are you just going to continue with "OMG REPUBLICAN!"
10/10/2006 7:45:36 PM
I don't remember that comment from Hillary, but on its face, it's not as bad as the Macacca thing, and in context, it's also not as bad: http://www.cnn.com/2004/ALLPOLITICS/01/06/elec04.s.mo.farmer.clinton.ap/

i didn't think that it wasn't worthy of its own threadis there a better one to have put it in?
10/10/2006 9:23:08 PM
How about the macaca thread.
10/10/2006 9:24:10 PM
i searched for "macaca" and found nothingthen i went back looking for related threadsthis is the first one that i founddo you feel better about yourself now?
10/10/2006 9:30:15 PM
you didn't look hard enough. Here is one right heremessage_topic.aspx?topic=426737[Edited on October 10, 2006 at 9:34 PM. Reason : .]
10/10/2006 9:34:03 PM
so in an effort salvage your feelings of intellectual superiority, you have gone from questioning my motives to questioning my thread placement.this thread works fine, little fella.
10/10/2006 9:37:27 PM
I still question your motives. Why else would you bring up something from 2 years ago and place it in a thread calling out Allen for his racism?
10/10/2006 9:39:23 PM
i've already explained that, brainiac
10/10/2006 9:41:32 PM
it's a half assed explanation.omg democrats did it too.
10/10/2006 9:42:04 PM
how is my honest explanation half assed?
10/10/2006 9:42:56 PM
because it is a turdriffic explanation.
10/10/2006 9:47:35 PM
that was a "turdriffic" postbut yeah i agree with you, republicans playing the blame game is funny
10/10/2006 9:48:58 PM
hows this working out for you? i love watching you run in circles, but do you actually hope to accomplish anything?you tried to call me out and you failed. time to move on.
10/10/2006 9:49:53 PM
nutsmackr always fails at calling people outwhere have you been, laff
10/10/2006 9:51:09 PM
Your explanation does seem half-assed.If it really was an honest question, you could have Googled it, and would have determined that by comparison, it's not as bad as what Allen said. Or at least posted a more in-depth question than what basically amount to "hey, look at what this Democrat did!"
10/10/2006 9:51:43 PM
i did google it.i was mostly looking for anecdotal evidence of media coverage, which is difficult to gauge via a google search.
10/10/2006 9:53:26 PM
10/10/2006 9:57:20 PM
^ still trying to prove that i had sinister motives?why so offensive?i asked an honest question and you immediately attacked it as "the classic republican response of "but but but the democrats""
10/10/2006 10:00:27 PM
No. Hillary did not receive as much attention when she made that comment. Anyone who is honest would say her comment was much more offensive than the one that Allen made. The problem is that busting on Hillary is contrary to the media's agenda while busting on Allen is not.
