I was wondering if anybody who took 422 with Jones can tell me how his tests are structured and the best way to study for them. Text, coursepack, slides,..? Also, does anybody have his old tests?

His tests are exactly like the problems he gives you to study. Some of them are exactly the same and some of them are the same with new numbers.

Very few are entirely new.

I got an A+ in there easy. Just know those problems.

Look, the problems aren't that bad if you review all the ones he went over in class, coursepack, etc. The correct/ incorrect problems can be a bit tricky if you only review quantitative ones.
