newegg has the 4200+ (2.2ghz) on sale now till tomorrow for $185.00 while the 4600+ (2.4ghz) is at $247.00. is it worth the extra $62 for a 200mhz increase?

i have the 4600+... its very nice, can be overclocked to 3.7ghz too
