they called a lateral on the punt return, and he turned to pass and didnt seem to notice that his target was about to get nailed. he then threw a terrible pass that one hopped to the receiver, but he couldnt hang on, the vikes recovered, and ultimately tied the game at a time when the panthers had finally seemed to take control.

Caught a punt around the 40 (with the Panthers up by 7 in the 4th quarter), didn't have an opening, and threw a lateral that hit the ground, bounced backwards, and was recovered by the Vikings around the 30.
