Alright, so I've been told that I need to use Equation 3.0 in my lab reports so they can look all nice and pretty. For some reason though, it won't open up for me.I go to Insert -- Object -- New Object -- Microsoft Equation 3.0. Then I get "There is not enough memory to open a window. Close another MathType window, or another application, and try again."Followed by "The toolbar equation library: (M:\Settings\Design Science\DSMT5\Toolbar,eql) cannot be opened or created. it may be read-only or in use by another program".Then i get "This object was created in equation. This application is not available to open this object. Make sure the application is properly installed and that it has not been deleted, moved, or renamed."I also receive "The toolbar's equation library may be corrupted...blah blah"So does anybody have any idea whats going on here? I checked to see how much space I've used up, but I have at least 25 MB to work with. Oh yeah, I'm here at the computer lab too, where I figured that it would've worked right for me. Help plz.

Actually, if you're having an issue with this at your M:\ drive, upping your AFS quota won't make any difference. Your M:\ drive space is your Windows profile/Novell space, which is where settings and files are being stored to make Windows and Windows apps run. That said, if you will contact me in PM, I'd be glad to offer you some specific assistance. Alternately, you're welcome to e-mail me at ed_lee@ncsu.edu.

Never heard back from him. This issue is likely specifically related to his Windows settings, and it's something that could probably be easily fixed. But I'd need to speak to him directly to provide better assistance.
