i've been using an old hp (~7 yrs. old) to play video files through my tv. it's an nvidea card with an rca output. since i last used it, the computer has been upgraded to windows xp from 98. i am no able to get the tv to dispay anything now. i've tried adjusting the resolution, color settings, disabling the monitor, etc. to no avail. there is some output, as the tv screen is grey vs. black (blank). any ideas? i'm assuming the video card is probably just too old and not compatible with that part of xp, but i'm no expert.

for anyone that cares, the solution was pretty easy. i just had to search around the nvidia site for their archived driver releases, and find the newest old release for xp that supported my card.
