I don't know if it still works, but I'm going to try it. I bought a Seagate drive a few days ago from newegg. I didn't get a upc code though. Drive was just wrapped in bubble wrap in an anti-static bag. That's $30 back to me if it works, so it's worth a stamp to me to try it.
