it's on the back of the syllabus. explain your background, family makeup, values, city, demographics and jobs you have had. explain how your background has shaped your perception of other countries, societies and cultures. describe a leader you believe has impacted you, and how they helped you see the world differently. what are his strengths/weaknesses.
