i have a 42" Sanyo projection TV thats only a year old. all of a sudden the Red, Green, and BLue projections do no tline up. They all are working fine, its just that they no longer line up to produce a solid focused picture. i tried readjusting it on the inside but i was not able to get them to realign. what should i do?

You have your tv set on 3-D mode. You should switch it back to normal or get some of those cool glasses

hmmm that doesn't sound good. It sounds like the card that combines the 3 images generated is having trouble OR depending on the type of tv, it could just be a mechanical error with the focus lense. Either way you'll need someone to come fix it that knows what they are doing. You don't want to tinker with it. AudioAdvice is a good place to use. It's $75/hour but I know every single one of their technicians and they have at least 10 years plus experience.Check em out.(My TV is old as dirt and it has a lense that combines the 3 images. newer Tv's don't have that.. well i don't think they do.)[Edited on September 3, 2006 at 2:44 PM. I have an old school projections tv. Mine has a convergence calibration mode that lets you independantly adjust the position of the three colors so you can line them up. If your tv is a CRT reprojection tv, you should be able to access this in the menu.
