I'm working on a computer for someone, and noticed that images in her browser (IE nor Firefox) don't show up properly. Take for example, http://www.mozilla.com/. The dark blue bar at the top doesn't show, green download button doesn't show, and the blue background doesn't show. All the buttons at the top seem to show up as text only. The Mozilla logo at the top left shows up as an image, but the edges are making their transparency obvious. Don't know what to look for on google, figured somebody here could help me quicker. What to do? thanks

It might be some issue with CSS. Even TWW doesn't show up on this machine. All backgrounds and boxes are white. No red at all. Anything else to offer?

IE 6.0.2900.2180.xxx. I noticed the Windows Security Center in the control panel doesn't even look right. I've checked the performance settings under the properties in My Computer, everything is enabled.
