I have roughly 3 semesters of EE classes to take to graduate. Thanks though to AP credit though i am pretty much done w/ my humanities, and i'm taking Eng 331 this fall while on Co-Op. This leaves me about 1 or 2 free slots during my last 3 semesters. I was trying to decide if maybe i should go for a minor, or just take some random classes for fun. I'd prefer no engineering, CSC, or math classes. Sick of those. i was thinking about maybe BUS or meterology something interesting. Also, is it true minors don't rly matter anyway?

i don't think business is offered as a minor anymore because so many people wanted to do it that the classes were overly crowded. If you wanna take one good business class though i'd recommend BUS225. It's personal finance like retirement planning and a bunch of applicable stuff you'll use later in life

i think random interesting or fun classes would be best....a good compliment to your demanding engineering classes

Minors should complement your major in some way and be useful in your career. The business minor unfortunately worked well for any major and everybody wanted in.I'd personally say use this opportunity to take classes you normally wouldn't get a chance to take outside of college. I took scuba diving, intro to piano (2 semesters worth), and a ton of other PE courses while I was at NC State. If you don't want the hassle of a grade, go for credit only.

Don't minor in meteorology. The requirements are so high you might as well double major.
